Cancellation policy
It is possible for you to withdraw from the rental contract in writing at any time. In this case, we will endeavour to find another tenant for the same period and under the same conditions. If we succeed, no cancellation costs or similar will be charged. If we are unable to do so and you are unable to nominate a new tenant, the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses: In the event of cancellation up to 55 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rent will be charged. Cancellation from the 54th to the 35th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price. Cancellation from the 34th to the 15th day before the start of the rental 75% of the rental price. In case of a cancellation from the 14th day until immediately before the beginning of the rental period 90% of the rental price will be charged of the total price.

Emsen is a small village in the surrounding area of Hamburg, which is surrounded by numerous hiking and cycling paths. Thus you are immediately in the nature, after approx. 30 minutes by car but also directly in Hamburg or Lüneburg.

Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens habe ich dieses Jahr 5 Wochen in den Whg Taubenbusch und Starkenweide gelebt. Für die Whg Taubenbusch habe ich eine Bewertung geschrieben und auch dies trifft für diese Whg Starkenweide zu. Top sauber, an alles gedacht, super Bett, kuscheliges Bad mit Fb-Heizung und mit vielen Details liebevoll ausgestattet. Schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen. Hier wurden noch mehr alte Holzelemente integriert. Ein sehr gepflegter Hof in guter Lage. Herzlichen Dank an die lieben Vermieter, Fam. Aldag! Ich empfehle den Heitmannshof gern weiter!

Wir haben eine gut eingerichtete und liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden und haben einen schönen Familienurlaub verbringen können. Für die Kinder wurde ein Hochstuhl, ein Kinderreisebett und ein zur Verfügung gestellt.
