In the event of cancellation, the landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized debt collectors, taking into account saved expenses and the possibility of re-letting the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees are: detailed mediation conditions: https://www.elba-toscana.de/vermittlungsbedingungen.html a) For a cancellation up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price. b) For a cancellation from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price. c) For a cancellation from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price. Cancellation due to Corona In the event that you cannot start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the necessary deadlines for this. In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.
