The Villa Mala Kopa offers a romantic hideaway in solitude of a large piece of private land in central Istria. The villa is on an elevation, so we have a great view even from the swimming pool. The capacity of villa is for four persons, enough for one family with children or two couples to enjoy its idyllic ambience. During renovations, its rustic components were kept while adding the necessary modern- day accessories. Although the house is in the inner part of the Istrian peninsula, it’s not far from any of the destinations you’d probably like to explore: Rabac with the nearest beach, the nearby Barban, Labin and Pazin, or maybe one of the towns in western Istrian coast with interesting remains from antiquity, such as Pula, Rovinj or Poreč. You might want to try the local cuisine which is simple yet delicious, so combine it with Istrian quality wines and olive oil that’s been praised since the ancient times.

Barban, a small medieval town in southern part of central Istria. Barban’s attractions include defense walls and city gates from the late Middle ages, four old churches with priceless frescoes and glagolitic inscriptions. Barban became famous thanks to a knight race called ‘Trka na prstenac’ that is held every August and attracts lots of visitors and VIP’s. The nearest beach is in a village Krnica, around 10 kilometers away. Nearby you can find a horse ranch with specialized riding programs. Pula, the largest city of Istria, is only a half hour drive away from Villa Mala kopa and we don’t recommend visiting Istria without seeing wonderful remains from Pula’s long and interesting history, including the Amphitheatre, city gates, the incredible Arch of the Sergii etc. The beauty of Brijuni national park leaves everybody speechless and the island of Veli Brijun is easily reachable by boat that ships from the small fishermen town Fažana.

Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 300.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
