Cancellation policy
ATTENTION: If due to COVID-19 measures entry to the island is not possible from your place of residence, or if the return to your place of residence requires quarantine because Mallorca has been declared a risk area, then cancellation is possible free of charge.
Otherwise, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period 35% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (i.e., later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
However, the landlord/manager will attempt to rent the property to someone else.
(2) The tenant can at any time prove that the damage incurred is less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing, e.g., by email. The relevant date is the date on which the statement is received by the landlord/manager.

Holiday destination
You'll find numerous sports and leisure activities in the nearby area! The fine sandy beach of Cala Anguila is only about 400 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. The beaches of Cala Mandia and Playa Romantica are also quickly accessible.
In the nearby Porto Cristo, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities, a sports and fishing harbor, the famous Dragon Caves, and the del Hams caves with underground lakes. Within a 10 to 15-minute drive, pretty much every holiday wish can be fulfilled.

Wirklich gute Ausstattung, wir haben NICHTS vermisst. Schöner Balkon, von dem man den Pool, ein nicht so schönes Dach, aber auch ein Stück Meer sehen kann. Was man wissen sollte: Der Balkon zeigt nach Norden. Sicher gut im Sommer, nicht ideal im Winter.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Pool war wie die gesamte Anlage gepflegt - im Dez. /Jan. kalt aber benutzbar, Das Meer war zu dieser Jahreszeit natürlich auch nicht warm, aber großartig! Die Bucht in drei Gehminuten Entfernung bietet traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge. Schwimmen dort wegen Felsen und starker Brandung lieber nicht, sondern am zehn Gehminuten entfernten wunderschönen Strand.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter-/Verwalterpaar war freundlich und unkompliziert.
