Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The house is situated at little more than 1km from Montuïri, in a privileged rural environment. It has good access to diferent sites of interest. In Montuïri you will find anything you need during your stay. The Museum Son Fornés is definitely worth a visit: it is situated in a 18th century flour mill and exhibits pottery and bone-, stone- and bronze tools from the megalithic stage. You also might like to visit the archaeologic site of Son Fornés or the oratory "Mare de Déu de la Bona Pau", situated on top of the 259m high hill Puig de Sant Miquel.
There are lots of wonderfull beaches nearby, as, for example, the beach of Sa Ràpita, at 27km.
