On a cliff above the sea, in Kvarner Bay on island Krk, you will find the town Vrbnik. The Island is very exposed to tourism, but in Vrbnik you can still find a peaceful corner even during the summer season. This place has around thousand inhabitants that are primarily wine growers for a very special reason. This is the only known place for growing žlahtina variety of vine (the old Slavic name for “noble”) which produces quality dry white wine.

Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 400.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
One well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per week.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
