The popular Hansapark - Germany's only amusement park by the sea - is only 15 minutes away. Neustadt's beautiful inner city as well as the harbor are just a few minutes away. Every Tuesday and Friday the big weekly farmers market attracts. The central location allows you to reach many destinations in less than one hour from Fehmarn and Kiel via Eutin, Timmendorf Strand, Scharbeutz and Lübeck to Hamburg. ¬ Motorway A1, from Hamburg towards north ¬ Exit Neustadt / Pelzerhaken (turn right towards Grömitz) ¬ After approx. 800 m turn right towards Neustadt ¬ Follow the road (keep to the left) ¬ at "Mercedes Benz" leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit, direction Rettin / Pelzerhaken ¬ After approximately 250m you will find our farm on the left (2nd driveway to the Famila / Aldi entrance) ¬ Turn right behind the small stone wall / big tree left and go up the (field) path. ¬ On the upper left, you can park under the trees - please leave the passage to the little red house in the garden free! Wir sind als Familien mit 5 Personen zu Gast in Neustadt gewesen. Das Ferienhaus ist gutausgestattet und bietet für eine Familie ausreichend Platz. Sehr genossen haben wir, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt und man nach Lust und Laune noch im Haus ins eigene Schwimmbad gehen kann. Dieses Jahr waren leider sehr viele Steckmücken da, so das wir die tolle Sitzungmöglichkeit draussen und den Grill nur selten nutzen konnten. Die Umgebung war sehr toll, schöner Strand sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, Einkaufen gleich im die Ecke und auch die Stadt bietet viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Entspannung und geniesen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Oktober 2020 in dem schönen Landhaus der Familie Hoff und waren begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung, groß geschnitten, schön und modern ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Eine Sauna und ein großes beheiztes Schwimmbad ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus liegt am Rande von Neustadt-Holstein an einer Nebenstraße umgeben von idyllischer Natur, ruhig und beschaulich. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden immer wieder buchen.
