Cancellation policy
A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be declared in writing (by registered mail).
The decisive factor for the cancellation date is the receipt of the cancellation declaration by us.
Cancellation declarations are accepted by the holiday home agent on behalf of the homeowner.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation declaration, the following standardized cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant.
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price.
If a cancellation occurs later than 30 days before the start of the rental, 90% of the total price is due, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the stated conditions.
If changes regarding the rental property or rental period are made after booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.

Sehr schönes, großzügig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, neu renoviert, sehr sauber. Großer, eingezäunter Garten. Obst und Gemüsenutzung vom Vermieter erlaubt. Ländliche, zur Erntezeit nicht sehr ruhige Lage. Sonntags waren Jäger unterwegs und es wurde geschossen, auch schon vor dem 1. Oktober! Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt.

Wir wurden trotz Verspätung sehr nett empfangen, das Haus ist für 6 Pers. gut eingerichtet, der Garten
toll zu benutzen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber für kl. Tripps ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Tips vom Vermieter
bezügl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Mappe vorhanden. Wir wurden
trotz Abreise um 5 Uhr morgens liebevoll verabschiedet. Das Haus kann man wirklich empfehlen.
Auch die Vermittlung erfolgte ungewöhnlich freundlich und perfect.
