Cancellation policy

A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail). The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive for the timing of the cancellation. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival, the property owner will charge cancellation fees. You are obliged to pay reasonable compensation for expenses incurred. Depending on the timing of the cancellation notice, the following flat-rate cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant. The holiday home agent accepts cancellation notices on behalf of the property owner. Up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the total price. 74 to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price. If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental, 90% of the total price is payable, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due as a handling fee, unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the specified conditions. If changes are made to the rental property or rental period after booking, we are entitled to charge a handling fee for this. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.
