The holiday apartment Casa Mariarosa is located on the upper floor of the Rustico and is perfect for 2 people (+ 1 child) who appreciate a charming atmosphere and like to relax in the garden.
Besides the large bedroom with a double bed, you will find here a well-equipped kitchen-living room as well as a chic bathroom and a balcony with an impressive view of Lake Como. Furnishings, decorations, and equipment are lovingly selected, everything fits well together.
The apartment comes with a beautifully planted garden with sun loungers and a grill. Guests also enjoy time at the pool, which is shared with the guests of the neighboring house. At the pool, there is a wooden deck with sun loungers and also a nice garden. For your car, there is a reserved parking space on the property.

Casa Mariarosa is situated in a rural setting, on a sun-kissed slope above Gera Lario. It is surrounded by meadows and a few other stone houses with their gardens. Bugiallo is a peaceful place with hardly any traffic. It's about an 8-minute drive to the lakeshore, where you'll find the beach of Gera Lario. There, you can also find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, a surf school, and more.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy period. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged, less any services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that damage did not occur or did not occur to the extent calculated.
