(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

- up to 41 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 28 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Villa Glicinia in the pittoresque small village Donji Humac is a gem with a special vibe and atmosphere. The handler and owner were both nice and pro, in a friendly way. We had rental car to get around easily in the local surroundings like Supetar, and of course the whole island of Brac, and would recommend that. Very happy with our holidays in the villa and Brac.

Das Häuschen war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben die große beschattete Terasse sehr genossen. Toller Blick über die Landschaft vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang.
