Location of the Villa Edera offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and yet well known tourist destinations on the coast are easy to reach. Fažana, small coastal town with a harbour from where you can take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia – Brijuni, has a large pebble beach with a possibility of numerous water sports and activities.

Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 300.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
One well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per week.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
