If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination
This distinctive house is just 1km from Inca, where you'll find everything you may need during your holidays, including good restaurants and supermarkets. Thursday takes place the traditional market, where to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and knick-knacks.
If you like to be in nature, you can make a trip to the chapel of Santa Magdalena or the Monastery of Lluc. The north coast, especially Puerto de Alcúdia, is wonderful for a beach-day and it is about 25 km away. Furthermore, the coast is nice for cycling routes, spending a day in the water park of Alcúdia or just enjoy the fine grained sand beach. The north of Alcúdia surprises with small beaches like La Victoria and Playa de Sant Joan. If you're into golf, you can practise the perfect tee-off in Alcanada.

Die Finca und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und absolut großzügig geschnitten. Es gab tolle Wilkommensgeschenke wie Wein, Obstkorb, frische Eier, Zitronen aus dem Garten und selbst gepresstes Olivenöl. Der Pool und die Liegen sind perfekt . Die Finca ist aber sehr schwer zu finden und liegt irgendwo im nirgendwo. Da die Betten sehr klein sind (Doppelbettem 140 cm breit) und die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft in jeder Nacht lange gebellt haben, waren die Nächte nicht so erholsam. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer Traumfinca und die Kinder haben sich über die Tischtennisplatte und Billard (alles inkl. Zubehör) gefreut. Es war toll.
