Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Sehr moderne,saubere und gepflegte Villa mit großem Pool und allem drum und dran,inkl.kompletter Küchenausstattung,Fahrrädern,gemauertem Grill, großem Garten,blickgeschützem Grundstück und trotzdem Meerblick.Der Gastgeber ist äusserst nett und hilfsbereit, zum Empfang gab es zB. eine große Platte zu Essen mit Wein.Wir kommen wieder!

Die Villa Monteci ist in echt noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Sonnige und schattige Plätze, eine großzügige und moderne Villa, die clever aufgeteilt ist, viele Extras und einen super Vermieter. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde und hatten Platz ohne Ende - einfach toll. Der Blick auf die Brijuni/das Meer ist super und abends werden Haus und Pool toll beleuchtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht alles für einen perfekten Urlaub zu arrangieren. Absoluter Volltreffer!
