The 8.5 m x 4 m private salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2.1 m is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers and a lovely porch with BBQ, great for al-fresco dining. After swimming, you can use the exterior shower. The front part of the house is characterized by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The villa's façade is painted in white with blue doors, which is a typical style from Ibiza. The roof terrace is looking down to the pool and the urbanisation and it's a nice place for sunbathing or having a drink. This dapper property is totally fenced and within a quiet neighbourhood.
The Mediterranean style continues in the interiors. The porch gives you access to an ample sitting-dining room with satellite-TV. On the ground floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bath with bath tub, washer, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads you to the first floor which a shower bathroom, a living room and a double bedroom with shower bath en-suite. All bedrooms count with air conditioning. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

In Cala d'Or you will find everything you may need for an independent stay like supermarkets and leisure, as well as lots of wonderful beaches like Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran, Caló de Ses Egos and Cala Ferrera. By car you can go to Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau, both sand beaches nestling between the rocks and vegetation. Regarding the restaurants, Cala d'Or offers lots of snack-bars, restaurants with national and international cuisine, especially Mediterranean cuisine with fish and sea food. During the summer, Cala d'Or gets a lively place where you can enjoy nightlife, go dancing and have some drinks. If you are into sports, in about 15 minutes driving you reach the golf course Vall d'Or and the natural park Mondrago is nice for a hike. Afterwards, you can relax on one of the bays, that surround Mondrago and have a drink in the bar.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
