If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: full rental price.

Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (comes after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right) at the intersection, turn right and then immediately left: Follow Van Foreestweg until you reach the dunes.
There, turn right; after about 300 m on the right is the Residence Juliana complex.

Nach einem gastfreundlichen Empfang fanden wir ein modern eingerichtetes Haus und es was auch sehr sauber. Die kleine Küche war trotzdem sehr Komplett.
Es gab Informationsmappen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und etwas Spielmaterial war ebenfalls verfügbar. Dank des grossen Balkons im Süden und Westen konnten wir viel draussen sein.
Der Strandeingang in den Dünen liegt 10 Gehminuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Fahrradständer und Privatparkplätze befinden sich direct vor der Tür.
Kurzum : Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Zuhause.

Insgesamt war die Ausstattung grundsätzlich ausreichend. Jedoch war der Duschkopf nicht passend, zu schwer!! Wäscheständer und Klammern nicht vorhanden. Unserer Meinung nach ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Wendeltreppe zur Wohnung ist nicht ideal für ältere, gehbehinderte Leute sowie den Gepäcktransport.
Besonders positiv ist die Betreuung durch die Familie Roos und Mitarbeiter/innen hervorzuheben!
Der Strand ist nah und schnell zu erreichen, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eigentlich nur mit Auto/Fahrrad.
