Holiday destination
The beautiful natural stone finca built in 2010 is located in a rural and hilly area, about a 4-minute drive from the town of Arta. Arta offers numerous shopping opportunities, cafes, bars, an internet cafe, and good restaurants. Every Tuesday, there is a colorful weekly market here. In the nearby area, there are three beautiful 18-hole golf courses (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula) and a 9-hole golf course (Son Servera), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the northeast, such as Cala Agulla.

Wir haben hier einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Finca ist super gepflegt und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Besitzer Xisco hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Frisches Obst, Wein, Milch war alles schon da. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Alles super gepflegt, sehr schöne Palmen und ein super Pool. Da der Besitzer unterhalb der Finca wohnt, hat er immer nach dem Rechten gesehen ohne jemanden zu stören. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Die Betreuung von Frau Brendel war wie immer hervorragend. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit 3 Kindern in dieser sehr schönen Finca verbracht. Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen, großer, sehr gepflegter Pool, toller Garten mit schönen Pflanzen und Blick auf Arta. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber und bei Bedarf kann eine Putzfee für Ordnung sorgen. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um alles, ist ständiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort und sorgt sich um jedes Detail. Die Kinder durften sogar bei Landarbeit mithelfen, wir bekamen das frisch geerntete Obst und bei Ankunft waren Wasser und frisches Obst schon im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt. Die süßen Hofkatzen rundeten den Urlaub ab. Die zentrale Lage zu Arta und den Stränden ist top. Auch unser Vermietungsservice MB FINCAVERMITTLUNG war top.
