The modern sea-view Finca "Carrio" was built in 2008 on a 14,000 sqm plot of land on a hillside between Arta and Son Servera. It offers a beautiful view of the sea off the northeast coast of Mallorca. Arta and Son Servera are only about 5 and 8 km away, respectively, and it's just about a 5-minute drive to a beautiful natural sandy beach. Cala Ratjada, with its lovely beach and harbor promenade, is about 13 km away. No fewer than four golf courses are partly less than a 10-minute drive from the Finca. This includes the famous "Pula Golf" course between Arta and Son Servera. On Fridays, the weekly market takes place in the center of Son Servera. Here you will find culinary specialties from the region as well as the finest Mallorcan handicrafts. The market is definitely worth a visit.
