4. Withdrawal, rebooking, substitute participants
4.1 You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of your journey. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal - if possible in writing - by the landlord is decisive.
4.2 If the tenant withdraws from the contract or does not use the holiday home without a declaration of withdrawal, the landlord can demand the following withdrawal fees:
Cancellation up to 61 days before departure: 20% of the rental price
In the event of withdrawal from the 60th to 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the rental price
In the case of cancellation from the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the journey, 80% of the rental price
If the tenant withdraws later or does not use the holiday home, he must pay the entire rental price if no replacement tenant can be found.
4.3. If the landlord succeeds in finding another customer for the same period and under the same conditions, only 20% of the rental price will be charged regardless of the withdrawal date.
4.4 Up to the start of the rental period, you can request that a third person assumes your rights and obligations under the rental agreement. A written notification to the landlord is required for this (rebooking).
4.5 With the confirmation of the change of participants by the landlord, the new tenant enters into your rights and obligations under the rental agreement. A flat rate of € 25.00 will be charged for the necessary confirmation of the rebooking.
4.6 We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of a corona lockdown by the German state government, free rebooking or 100% refund.
5. Resignation and termination by the landlord
5.1 The lessor can terminate the rental agreement without notice if the lessee or one of the guests who are traveling with them behaves in a disruptive or destructive manner despite a warning from the lessor and the lessor or other guests cannot be expected to continue the rental agreement. In this case the landlord retains the right to rent.
5.2 The lessor can terminate the rental contract if the implementation is significantly impaired, made difficult or endangered by force majeure (e.g. war, civil unrest, natural disasters, fire, etc.). We will then immediately repay the rental price paid, but we can demand reasonable compensation for the services provided.

After approx. 1000 m you will reach the natural beach (exit Teufelsschlucht), which is ideal for sunbathing, romantic walks or long hikes.
The location between the old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock, but also nearby Kühlungsborn, offer numerous opportunities for interesting excursions.
The nearby Baltic Sea Cycle Route is an ideal starting point for bike tours through the beautiful landscape of the cooling.
Getting there
My holiday home Küstentraum is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik. It is best to enter Rerik, Straße am Zeltplatz into your navigation system.
The road Straße am Zeltplatz makes a bend, there is a sign Ostseeferienpark Rerik.
Turn into the Buchenweg. Take the next left. 2. Private road on the right.
Your holiday home Küstentraum is the left semi-detached house on the right corner. Your parking spaces are located to the left of the semi-detached house, in front of the right garden house (one behind the other).

As a private landlady, I have furnished my holiday homes with great attention to detail. It is very important to have complete and well thought-out equipment. Each of my houses has its own color scheme.
Dogs are welcome, but all textiles, dining areas, leather areas and beds are taboo.

Sehr gute Aufteilung, perfekt ausgestattet, großes Kochfeld, große Töpfe und jede Menge Pfannen und Geschirr, dass alle satt werden können, Sauberkeit top, Erreichbarkeit bei Problemen top, ruhige Lage, direkt dahinter Wald für tolle Gassirunden, genügend Gartenmobiliar und Platz für Utensilien im Gartenhaus, Service vom Hausmeister und houseceeping, Haustür mit Pin, was sehr praktisch mit vielen Erwachsenen und Teenagern ist, unterm Strich haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt und können dieses hochwertige Haus nur empfehlen!!!

Wir haben mit zwei Familien und Hund in diesem tollen Haus unseren Urlaubs über Silvester verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und einfach perfekt für uns gewesen. Auch die Ausstattung ist mehr, als wir jemals in einem Ferienhaus hatten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber. Auch die Sauna wurde gern genutzt und war ein zusätzlicher Erholungsfaktor. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: auch nach ausgiebiger Suche haben wir nichts zu meckern gefunden.
