4. Withdrawal, rebooking, substitute participants
4.1 You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of your journey. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal - if possible in writing - by the landlord is decisive.
4.2 If the tenant withdraws from the contract or does not use the holiday home without a declaration of withdrawal, the landlord can demand the following withdrawal fees:
Cancellation up to 61 days before departure: 20% of the rental price
In the event of withdrawal from the 60th to 35th day before the start of the journey, 50% of the rental price
In the case of cancellation from the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the journey, 80% of the rental price
If the tenant withdraws later or does not use the holiday home, he must pay the entire rental price if no replacement tenant can be found.
4.3. If the landlord succeeds in finding another customer for the same period and under the same conditions, only 20% of the rental price will be charged regardless of the withdrawal date.
4.4 Up to the start of the rental period, you can request that a third person assumes your rights and obligations under the rental agreement. A written notification to the landlord is required for this (rebooking).
4.5 With the confirmation of the change of participants by the landlord, the new tenant enters into your rights and obligations under the rental agreement. A flat rate of € 25.00 will be charged for the necessary confirmation of the rebooking.
4.6 We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of a corona lockdown by the German state government, free rebooking or 100% refund.
5. Resignation and termination by the landlord
5.1 The lessor can terminate the rental agreement without notice if the lessee or one of the guests who are traveling with them behaves in a disruptive or destructive manner despite a warning from the lessor and the lessor or other guests cannot be expected to continue the rental agreement. In this case the landlord retains the right to rent.
5.2 The lessor can terminate the rental contract if the implementation is significantly impaired, made difficult or endangered by force majeure (e.g. war, civil unrest, natural disasters, fire, etc.). We will then immediately repay the rental price paid, but we can demand reasonable compensation for the services provided.

Holiday destination
After approx. 1000 m you will reach the natural beach (exit Teufelsschlucht), which is ideal for sunbathing, romantic walks or long hikes.
The location between the old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock, but also nearby Kühlungsborn, offer numerous opportunities for interesting excursions.
The nearby Baltic Sea Cycle Route is an ideal starting point for bike tours through the beautiful landscape of the cooling.
Getting there
My holiday home Küstentraum is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik. It is best to enter Rerik, Straße am Zeltplatz into your navigation system.
The road Straße am Zeltplatz makes a bend, there is a sign Ostseeferienpark Rerik.
Turn into the Buchenweg. Take the next left. 2. Private road on the right.
Your holiday home Ostseetraum is the right semi-detached house on the right corner. Your parking spaces are located to the left of the semi-detached house, in front of the left garden house (one behind the other).

As a private landlady, I have furnished my holiday homes with great attention to detail. It is very important to have complete and well thought-out equipment. Each of my houses has its own color scheme.
Dogs are welcome, but all textiles, dining areas, leather areas and beds are taboo.

Wir haben schon sehr oft in Ferienhäusern in Deutschland übernachtet, aber dieses Ferienhaus hat alles meilenweit übertroffen. Herzlich, modern, geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Hier wurde wirklich an ALLES gedacht. Wir haben viel zu viel mitgebracht, weil einfach alles vorhanden war. Die Küchenausstattung ist NEXT LEVEL so als wäre man zu Hause. Weiterhin auch absolut empfehlenswert mit Kindern. Auch dahingehend wurde an alles gedacht: Kindergeschirr, Dimm-Lampe, Treppenschutz, etc.
Es ist mit ein paar Metern zu laufen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar (Strand, Einkaufen, Bäckerei, etc.). Mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Es ist etwas ab vom Schuss, aber bspw. mit Hunden perfekt direkt am Wald liegend. Für uns war es perfekt.

Ein wunderschönes Haus,welches fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das einzige,was wir mit einem 3jährigen Kind zu bemängeln haben,ist die fehlende Treppensicherung ganz oben. Ansonsten ist ausstattungstechnisch alles super durchdacht und auf dem neuesten Stand, das elektronische Schlüsselsystem war für uns (9köpfige Reisegruppe) super praktisch und platzmäßig hatten wir überhaupt keine Probleme. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung, die Strecke zum Strand war ok, so hatten wir jeden Tag etwas Bewegung. Toll war auch der telefonische Kontakt vor und nach dem Urlaub, super freundlich. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
