Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. For a cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.

The residence, which consists of two peacefully situated buildings, includes a spacious pool area with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, and umbrellas. This area is exclusively accessible to guests of the residence. From the pool area, guests can enjoy an impressive view of Lake Como. Menaggio and the lakeshore are about a 10-minute walk away. In the town center, you'll find all sorts of shops, restaurants, a piazza, promenade, and more.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten und Pool Benutzung! Vom Pool schöner Ausblick auf den See! Zur Zeit Baustelle nebenan ( wurden aber darüber informiert)! Vermieterin sehr nett! Föhn war defekt, nach 2 Stunden hatten wir direkt einen neuen! WLAN funktionierte leider nicht! Der Weg nach Menaggio ist sehr steil! Man braucht für den Rückweg über steinige Treppen eine gute Viertelstunde! Wir sind schon durchtrainiert, fanden es allerdings schon etwas anstrengend! In 5 Minuten ist der Weg nicht erledigt!

Wohnung und Anlage ist sehr schön . Wir waren schon das zweite mal
und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da . Auch mit Hund zu empfehlen . Auto ist notwendig .
