# If you cancel up to 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit minus €35.00 booking fee will be refunded. # If you cancel 28 to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. # If you cancel 14 days before arrival, the entire rent must be paid. # No percentage of the total rent will be refunded if you cancel on the day of arrival or if you depart earlier than booked. # We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

You can rent "De Jutter" year-round for one or several weeks from Friday till Friday. Your dog is welcome, max. 2, and you pay € 5,00 per night her dog.

Holiday destination
The "De Jutter" is located on our farmhouse De Karnemelkplaats, between the villages Callantsoog and Groote Keeten, amidst nature and a short 15-minute walk from the ocean/beach. The "Karnemelkplaats" is no longer a dairy farm but a holiday farm with a camping area and more. Our farm borders on the nature reserve with its meadows, where horses and cows graze. It is also a habitat for many rare water and grassland birds raising their young. They gather there every year.

Uns hatte es im letzten Jahr so super gut gefallen, dass wir in diesem Jahr wieder De Jutter besucht haben. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und immer noch wunderschön. Das Wetter hat auch wieder mitgespielt, so dass wir im nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet und am Strand schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen konnten. Wir werden wiederkommen! Und das noch in diesem Jahr!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet (genau wie auf den Fotos) und sehr sauber. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen. Der Vermieter hatte sogar extra vor unserer Ankunft den Garten noch ausbruchsicher gemacht, damit die Hunde auch so laufen konnten im Garten. Bei Fragen standen Anke-Nel und Wilfried jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Landschaftlich ist de Jutter wundervoll gelegen. Der Ausblick beim Frühstück ist einfach nur super schön. Auch ist der Strand schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
