This well-kept vacation apartment is located in a beautiful old country estate. The house of the owner is also on the property. You have your own furnished terrace, a community pool (12 x 7 meters) with outdoor shower and toilet as well as a well-kept garden with barbecue area at your disposal.
The vacation apartment itself consists of a kitchen-cum-living room with dining table, fireplace and satellite TV, three bedrooms, each with a double bed and three shower rooms with WC. In addition, a washing machine for common use is available for you.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
