Cancellation policy
In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.

Surroundings:
The charming town of Vence is situated in an imposing location high up on a cliff. It is a place with a very unique charm, which it owes not least to the many artists who have settled in the town. Architectural highlights include the medieval old town and the Rosary Chapel (Chapelle du Rosaire): This is a small chapel on the Côte d'Azur, based on plans by Henri Matisse and considered to be his masterpiece.

Garden and terrain
The house is located on the heights of Vence, about 10 minutes by car from the old town. You reach the house via a private path that leads you to the secure entrance gate. If you drive straight past the house after the gate, you will find a carport that can accommodate up to two cars. The lovingly tended garden is located to the right of the carport on the lower level. Here you will find a 4×9 metre heated pool, an outdoor shower, a summer table with chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue and parasols.
