up to 1 month before arrival we charge 20% of the amount of your planned stay,
for cancellations of less than 1 month, the room will be charged at 60% for the agreed period.
100% for early departure or late arrival
In 2022, the local tax is 1.55 Euro per adult per day, children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt from the charge.

Getting there
What is the fastest way to get to Merano?
Take the Brenner Motorway to Bolzano - Bolzano/Merano expressway, exit at Merano, take a right at the exit, always follow the signs for Hospital + Center, on Goethestrasse, after the 2nd roundabout you will reach Franziskusstraße, please stay on Franziskusstraße, the last cross street is Giuseppe Verdistraße, and you are almost there. Your destination is Giuseppe Verdistraße 60.
If you are coming from the Reschen Pass, you will automatically pass through Algund, then you can follow the same route as described above.
