Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
Amendments must be made in writing in any case. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, the downpayment will be retained. If the tenant cancels 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the agreed rental sum will be retained. If the tenant cancels 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, they remain liable for 80% of the agreed rental sum, unless the property can be re-let on the same terms during the intended rental period. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If the tenant departs before the contractual end of the rental period, the landlord is entitled to the entire rental sum.

The very charming small medieval old town of Labin is only 4 km away. There are five supermarkets in Labin and several small shops. There are also many restaurants. Due to its elevated position, Labin offers a magnificent view of the neighboring town of Rabac, its beaches, and coves. Founded by the Illyrians, Labin was called Albona by the Romans. When Venice took over the rule of the town in the 15th century, strong fortifications were built, which were later enhanced with a round tower a century later.
The main square will enchant you with the Loggia from the 16th century, as well as the main city gate of Saint Florus. A stroll through Labin takes you past the Old Hospital and the Negri Palace, leading to the Chapel of Sv. Karmelske, which also represents the highest point of the town. The Battiala-Lazzarini Palace, striking in its bright red color, catches the eye from afar and serves as the city museum today.
Villa Labin is an ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing stay on the Istrian coast and close to sightseeing spots in Istria, Kvarner, and Gorski Kotar.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in dieser tollen Villa mit traumhafter Weitsicht ! Der Pool ist ein Traum!!!!! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Villa Labin ist sehrgut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank für 3 Wochen Urlaub vom FEINSTEN sagen: Ingrid, Marion, Angelika und Thomas
