The semi-detached sea luck is suitable for up to 6 persons and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. On the spacious Southwest terrace you can have sunbathe or even mild summer evenings relaxed sound out.

In the living room, you can up front the fireplace get comfortable or relax in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so that you can prepare your favourite dishes. A total of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 x single beds) provide enough privacy and restful nights. 2 bathrooms, a parking and a laundry room complete the wonderful holiday home

The semi-detached sea luck is located in a quiet location on a side street in Zingst. The beach can be reached within 100 metres, to the Spa Centre are also just 200 metres away.

Great restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Harbour, the lagoon and the town centre are also only a short walk away.

Getting there

Until you reach the East seaside resort of Zingst by car via the A20 (from direction Lübeck) onto the A19 (from Berlin), continue on the B105 and Altheide, then on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst.

Entspannter Urlaub in Toplage

Vielen Dank für herrlich entspannte Urlaubstage in Zingst!
In der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt und wir konnten schöne Stunden auf der sonnigen Terrasse genießen. Die angenehm ruhige Lage in einer fast autofreien Seitenstraße hat viel dazu beigetragen.
Aber auch Strand (direkter Aufgang zu Strandübergang 17) und Ortskern waren innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Und mit dem Fahrrad waren wir auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Sportstrand.
Alles in allem eine Toplage für Ausflüge und doch angenehm ruhig gelegen!

Wir haben eine Woche hier zu fünft verbracht und waren durchweg begeistert. Die Unterlkunft ist zwar eher kleiner, aber dafür doch sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage zur Ostsee ist perfekt. Der Strand ist sehr nah und die Seebrücke auch fußläufig - selbst mit kleinen Kindern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Wer einfach nur eine schöne Zeit an der Ostsee verbringen will ist hier genau richtigt. - Nur weg wollten wir eigentlich nicht.
