The Elfer (the local mountain of Neustift residents) is a paradise for paragliders and hang gliders.

In our district of Milders, there are several restaurants, a pizzeria, a supermarket, an ATM, a hairdresser, a ski rental where our guests receive a discount - and the main town of Neustift is only 2 km away.

Our house is the starting point for many hikes in the summer, everything is easily accessible. In winter, the ski bus stop is within easy reach, and after skiing, the spacious wellness area with sauna/sanarium, infrared heat cabin, heated bench, and relaxation room invites you to unwind. A ski room with boot dryer and service table completes the offer.

Take the Stubaital motorway exit
continue to Neustift for about 15 km
at the roundabout, turn right towards Milders, about 3 km
