There is a 50 m² large heatable (28 °C) saltwater pool (lava stone) with massage function, relaxing area and a barbecue area made of natural stone.
The house offers 4 double bedrooms, two living rooms (one with fire place), open space dining room, kitchen, 5 bathrooms, tub with massage function, laundry, garage, small masssage room.
It's completely air conditioned (summer/winter).
There is a covered verandah with teak furniture, directly accessible from the living room, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The house can be heated also by a gas-operated system. There is an alarm system, four TV's (one with SKY, Full HD and Dolby Surround), docking station for iPhone and iPad, DSL (WiFi) and a gas barbecue with lava rocks.

The house is located in Contrada Tremmilia in a quiet cul de sac, only 10 minutes away from the historical part of Siracusa. You reach the autostrada/motorway in direction to Catania/Taormina or Noto in only 5 minutes. The most beautiful sandy beaches in the area are only 15 minutes away.
The province is rich in exciting nature reserves with lots of hiking trails and varied landscapes. Towns as Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Catania and Taormina are really worth visiting.
