Das Ferienhaus wurde von 2 Familien genutzt und war hierfür perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Eingebettet in eine hiesige mediterrane Pflanzenwelt versprüht er pures Urlaubsflair.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und es ist für viele Personen ausgerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein Haus mit Charakter und Charme, in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vorzüglich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

...an und in diesem sehr sehr großzügigen Haus, nicht mal an einer richtig guten Urlaubslektüre. Das Anzahl der Zimmer, das Interieur, die Kunst, die Bücher, die Einbaumöbel usw. lassen schon erahnen, dass dies kein übliches Miet-Ferienhaus ist. Es wurde sehr solide und großräumig (sicher in den 70iger Jahren) gebaut und ausgestattet. Wer also Charakter sucht, ist hier richtig, wer ein vollkommen modernes Appartement sucht ist eher falsch. Zu vielen anderen Dingen haben Vorredner schon geschrieben, deswegen das wichtigste: Es gibt mit Herrn Luigi einen sehr guten mehrsprachigen Verwalter. Er hilft und schaut unaufdringlich nach dem Rechten. Er weiß Bescheid über Riva und die Region wie nur ganz wenige...
