Cancellation policy
You can always withdraw from the contract before the rental . Stand back from the lease, adequate compensation according to the following schedule is due: to 45 days before arrival 20 % deposit, from 44 days before arrival 50 % of rental, from 21 days before arrival 75 % of the rent from 14 days before arrival or no-show 100 % of the rental price. If the tenant 's rental contract obligations, particularly of deliberately or negligently damaged the rental property or the inventory or late payment, the landlord can withdraw from the contract and terminate the lease without notice. The tenant remains subsided prove that the expenses saved and the advantages otherwise recovery of the property are not adequately addressed by the generalization of the cancellation fees in a specific case.

Holiday destination
The apartment is ideally located halfway between the beach and the port of Karlshagen. The beach is reached within a few minutes by bike or even on foot in about 20 minutes (about 2 km). Even closer is the lovely harbor with fresh smoked fish, restaurants and berths for sailboats (1.5 km). The directly adjacent nature reserve on Peenestrom ideal for walks and bike rides .
Getting there
By car : Take the A20 until exit Gützkow (no. 27) , follow the B111 to Usedom via Wolgast, turn left towards Trassenheide / Peenemünde, turn after 5 km just after the entrance of Karlshagen left into Gartenstraße, the house number 37 is located about 500 m on the right side . By train: Take the train either with a change in Zinnowitz up to Karlshagen or without change to Trassenheide (4.5 km by taxi).

Wir sind von der Vollausstattung und Geräumigkeit der Wohnung einfach begeistert. Das Willkommensgeschenk ist schon ein super Einstieg. Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Hafen sind sehr gut. In der Fewo gibt es eine umfangreiche Infomappe, die keine Fragen offen lässt. Hier hat jemand wirklich an alles gedacht :) Abends den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon zu genießen ist auch ein Luxus. Wir kommen wieder!

Liebe Familie Teichmann , vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung zur Anreise in Ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung. Unsere drei Kinder und wir, machen hier drei Wochen Urlaub und genießen unsere gemeinsame Zeit. In der Ferienwohnung Landmuschel findet man wirklich ALLES was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, schön eingerichtet und maritim zugleich. Wir lieben die Ostsee und der nahegelegene Strand /wenn auch nicht direkt vor der Haustür ( fussläufig auch mit drei Kindern zu bewältigen ) ist dass, was ein Ostseeherz begehrt. Am Abend kann man hier Ruhe und Abendsonne auf dem Balkon genießen. Gern kommen wir wieder und freuen uns nun noch , über die restlichen Tage hier im schönen Karlshagen in Ihrer Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank für Alles Familie Trutz.
