Cancellation policy
13. Cancellation Policy
13.1 If a reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees apply. The fees that the renter owes IJsselhof for cancellations are:
a. for cancellations more than three months before the arrival date, 15% of the rental amount;
b. for cancellations within three months to one month before the arrival date, 50% of the rental amount;
c. for cancellations up to two weeks before the arrival date, 90% of the rental amount;
d. for cancellations within two weeks up to the arrival date, 100% of the rental amount.
13.2 If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed arrival date without further notification, this will be considered a cancellation.
