Cancellation policy
The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient. In this case, a 60.00 € commission for changing the booking may be charged.

Cefalù is one of the most beautiful cities in Sicily. A walk through the streets and across the piazza by the cathedral will delight you. Countless stores, restaurants and bars will turn your vacation into a little journey of discovery for the senses.
A more sporty walk is the ascent to the high rock, the Rocca di Cefalù. But you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. The beautiful sandy beach with many beach bars invites you to relax both during the day and at night.
Getting there
We recommend the airport of Palermo (90 km) or the airport of Catania (165 km). Take the A20 Messina - Palermo freeway and exit at Cefalù. The villa is located about 2 km from the highway exit of Cefalù.

Dear Sir/Madam - I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic stay last week at Villa Olivella. The property was spotlessly clean and had all facilities you could possible need. The pool was also extremely clean and a good size - also spotlessly clean. Most of all, I would like to recommend Olivella because the owners were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They came to meet us at midnight to show us the way to the villa, included a lovely welcome pack of food and drink and then went right of their way to take us to the supermarket the following morning to stock up on provisions. We were extremely impressed and would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in the Cefalu area of Sciliy. A big thank you to Claudio and his wife.

Das Feriendomiziel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Super Kombination zwischen baden im Pool und dem in 5 Minuten erreichbarem, wunderbaren, fast menschenleeren Strand. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Cefalu, interessante Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, selbst am Sonntag, ganz in der Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
