This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to country-specific criteria. The award was given by a tourism organisation. Depending on the equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars - from simple to first-class.
The spacious and modernly furnished apartment "Strahlkogel" of 100m² is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a separate entrance. The apartment has two separate bedrooms (1 triple and 1 double room), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. The open-plan living and dining area with a sofa (sofa bed for the 6th person) and its wood stove is a cozy place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, and a microwave. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additionally, the apartment features two balconies (south and west facing). Surrounded by a garden with ample parking spaces.
We offer 2 additional apartments in our house. In the summer (from June to early October), the Summer Card with many services is included. Central location - ski resorts and attractions are just a few minutes' drive away.

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall, the Ötzi Village, the Ötztal Birds of Prey Park, and the Umhausen swimming lake. Countless hiking opportunities. In winter, the Hochoetz-Küthai, Sölden, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski resorts are just a short drive away.
Thanks to its excellent location - in the middle of the Ötztal valley - you can reach the ski resorts of Sölden, Hochoetz-Küthai, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in just a few minutes by car. Also, the Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme in Längenfeld is located in the immediate vicinity of Umhausen.
In Umhausen, you will find a bakery, as well as a supermarket where you can get fresh regional products. Furthermore, there are typical Tyrolean inns and even a pizzeria.

From Munich or Salzburg on the A93 to Kufstein, then on the A12 motorway via Innsbruck to Ötztal, then on the B186 to Umhausen-Niederthai.
