Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The finca is located near the road from Inca to Muro so you quickly can reach Llubí, Inca or Muro. The nearest village is Llubí, and it is very quiet and inhabited by locals mainly, with all services like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars and restaurants. The street market day in Muro is on Sunday and it is worth a visit and buy some local products. Inca is a lively little city where you will find all kinds of shops and with its own famous street market day on Thursday, where you will find stalls of all kinds and where you can taste the delicious Mallorcan cuisine at noon at any of its known <> - typical Mallorcan restaurants-. If you like the beach, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia are only 20 minutes drive from the house. There, you can try the paella by the sea and enjoy the crystalline waters.

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir sind alle begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und alles da was man braucht. Das Anwesen ist mit den Obstbäumen wunderschön. Von denen wir uns auch bedienen durften. Auch wurde uns regelmäßig Obst bereit gestellt und Eier
Die Betten waren sehr bequem und an den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter
Die Strasse war zu hören ,hat uns aber nicht gestört. Dank der Umzäunung am Pool, konnten wir auch unseren Enkel 5 Jahre bedenkenlos laufen lassen. Der ganz begeistert das Anwesen erkundet hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für sämtliche Ausflüge.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da, und wieder so begeistert, dass es wohl noch ein drittes Mal geben wird. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wunderbar, und zu jeder Tageszeit kann man alle Terrassen rund ums Haus oder oben geniessen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, die uns immer mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, von der Plantage um die Finca herum, versorgt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die abgeschiedene Lage der Finca. Man hat keine Nachbarn, somit viel Ruhe. Trotzdem ist die Küste, das Gebirge und Inca und Muro in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
