The outdoor areas are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of lawn, decorated with plants and trees, which is the perfect place especially for children to run around. There is a hen house with chickens where they will have total freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the countryside to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy.
This large, three-storey house has a large living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to its white colour scheme and blue details reminiscent of the sea. Here you will feel like having a relaxing and peaceful time watching satellite TV. The kitchen follows the same style and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook without any problems, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, among other things. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five bedrooms in total. On the same floor, there is one of them with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin, both with hydromassage. In addition, a toilet with washbasin completes this ground floor. Upstairs we have the remaining four bedrooms, each with two single beds. Three of them have wardrobes, three have a/c and two of them offer direct access to a wonderful terrace. Furthermore, for every two bedrooms there is a shared en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The equipment is completed with a cot and a high chair for a baby, as well as oil central heating throughout the house for winter accommodation.
There is covered parking for 2 cars as well as exterior parking space for 6 more cars.
Pets are welcome although they are not allowed within the house because, in this case, it is forbidden. A place has been enabled for your pet outside.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

There are boats from Colónia de Sant Jordi to Cabrera Archipelago Maritime-Terrestrial National Park. Go for a day trip to this stunning corner of the Mediterranean! If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
