Cancellation policy

(1) Both contracting parties can withdraw from the hosting agreement by means of an unilateral statement without charging/paying cancellation fees if the withdrawal is made no later than 3 months before the agreed arrival date. The contracting partner has to receive the cancellation statement no later than 3 months prior the agreed arrival date. (2) Both contracting parties can withdraw from the hosting agreement by means of an unilateral statement sent no later than 1 month prior to the agreed arrival date, in which case there's a cancellation fee equivalent to the price for 3 nights. The contracting partner has to receive the cancellation statement no later than 1 month prior the agreed arrival date. (3) In case the guest/s fail to arrive by 6:00 pm on the agreed arrival date, the host is entitled to withdraw from the contract unless both parties agreed on a later arrival time. (4) If the guest has paid a deposit, the host will hold the room/s until 12:00 noon the next day. (5) Even if the guest does not use the booked room/s or any other booked service, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed remuneration. However, the host has to deduct expenses saved by not providing the service or the revenue earned from re-letting the booked room/s to another guest. Experience shows that in most cases, expenses saved in case of non-utilisation of the booked service/s amount to 20% of the room rate and 30% of the meal costs. (6) The host is obliged to make the appropriate effort to re-let the unused room/s to a new guest (§1107 ABGB). The cancellation conditions stated under (1), (2) and (5) are a non-binding recommendations of the association in accordance with §§31ff of the Cartel Law, which were given to the Oberlandesgericht Wien (Higher Regional Court of Vienna), pursuant to 26 Kt 79/03, in its function as a Cartel Court. Getting there

Travelling from Germany: A10 Tauern motorway towards Italy - Tauern Road Tunnel - motorway junction towards Graz/Wien (Vienna) - Klagenfurt towards Graz/Wien - exit Grafenstein - take the B70 towards Völkermarkt - after 5 km, turn right and follow the road to the Klopeiner See (Lake Klopein).

Freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Wirt gibt gut Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Unternehmungen wie Wandern, Radfahren und Badeurlaub. Hausgäste können den schönen Badestrand (Moskito), der vom Bruder des Wirtes betrieben wird, kostenlos mitbenutzen. Dort gibt es auch kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme und eine recht gute Bewirtung mit kühlen Getränken und preiswerten Snacks.

Wir sin gegen 15.00 Uhr in unserer Unterkunft angekommen und mussten bis fast 18.00 Uhr warten, da unsere Wohnung noch nicht fertig gerichtet war. Die Wohnung war schön groß, allerdings klemmten die Fenster, der Sofa hatte einen ??? Wasserschaden???, ebenfalls die Wand dahinter, den Duschkopf musste man beim Duschen selbst halten, da er keine Halterung hatte, um ihn an der Wand festzumachen. Der Bolier war ebenfalls in der Duschkabine, die nur mit einem Duschvorhang verschlossen war, das versprochene Sat-TV hatte bei uns nur 24 Programme (in der Nachbarwohnung weit über 70). Für unsere defekte Kaffeemaschine gab es keinen Ersatz. Bei der Anzahl von Insekten wären Fliegengitten an den Fenstern sehr wünschenswert. Der Badestrand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider waren trotz Verbotsschilder Hunde erlaubt.
