Cancellation policy
In the event of a travel ban to the Elba region, no cancellation fees will be charged, only a small flat fee will be calculated.
Up to the 50th day before arrival 40% of the total rental price.
From 49 to 30 days before arrival 60% of the total rental price.
From the 29th day before arrival 90%.
In the event of a cancellation, we will try to re-rent it, and if this is successful, it will be credited to your favor.
A cancellation fee will be charged. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Getting there
You will take the ferry from the port of Piombino
You will arrive on the island at Portoferraio, from there it is about a 15-minute drive to the holiday home "Casa Amore"
I will pick you up at a meeting point and escort you to the house

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Elba und sind glücklich per Zufall im Casa dAmore gelandet zu sein. Unserer Meinung nach ist Capoliveri mitsamt dem Ferienhäuschen der schönste Ort der Insel! Ein kleines Paradies. Wunderschön gelegen, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Bucht, inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert, sehr sauber, hat eine Außendusche, 2 Terrassen und einen mückenfressenden Goldfisch!
Wir haben uns bestens erholt und danken Martha noch einmal sehr herzlich für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Das Haus liegt in toller Halbhöhenlage zwischen dem Meer und Capoliveri. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse zur Halbinsel Capo Stella und bei guter Sicht bis zur Insel Monte Christo und Korsika ist einmalig, mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen über dem Monte Capanne. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt, es hat einen Grill, Schatten- und Sonnenplatz mit Liegestühlen zum relaxen, das Bad war sehr gepflegt . Es ist der perfekte Ort für ausgiebige Mountainbike-touren zum Bikepark von Capoliveri und bis in den Norden nach Cavo. Mit Fr. Anker hat alles problemlos geklappt wie es besprochen war. Wenn wir wieder auf Elba sind, dann im Casa Amore.... :-)
