The 155 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor of a small apartment complex, right on a quiet, long and beautiful beach. On the left, there is in sight the city of Estepona and on the right the Rock of Gibraltar.
The apartment has a large covered terrace and a garden.
There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite marble bathroom with tub and toilet/bidet, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The cool ground floor in summer and the fireplace in winter ensure pleasant temperatures.
Enjoy the sunrise over the sea right from the bedroom! Ideal for families and recreational tourists (sea, beach, sun, reading, peace), but also for golfers and nature hikers. There is in sight "Estepona Golf" and our 1500 m high local mountain.

Estepona is one of the places of the Costa del Sol that has retained the original Spanish character in its centre. In the town there are many cafes, small restaurants and shops. The 2.5 km long beach promenade invites you to take a stroll, while in the impressive marina you can find cafes, pubs and shops.
Malaga Airport (AGP) is about 1 hour (about 85 km) away. From there, the apartment can be easily reached by a cheap hire car.
