Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the renter
The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and the lost profit in the following amounts:
Cancelling up to 45 days before beginning of rental period: 20% (at least 25 EURO)
Cancellation up to the 25th days before the beginning of the rental period: 50%
After that and if there is a no-show, 80%
The renter has the burden of proof that the landlord did not sustain any damages or significantly less damage.
The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable.
If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party.
The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred.
The conclusion of travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.

At the edge of the city of Dresden and only 2 km from the "Saxon Switzerland" national park, the Lindenhof is the ideal starting point to explore both the world famous sights of the Saxony art and culture metropolis, but also the breathtaking landscapes of the Elbe sandstone mountains.
Public transport to the centre of Dresden, Pillnitz Castle, Pillnitz vineyards, bastion, Weesenstein Castle, the fortress of Stolpen and the baroque gardens of Grosssedlitz all within a radius of 15 km.

Bei meist sonnigem, sehr kaltem Wetter haben wir mit acht Erwachsenen und zwei Babies/Kleinkindern wunderbar gemütliche Tage in diesem liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Anzahl der Bäder (4!) mindert den morgendlichen/abendlichen Badstress, wenn man schnell die vielfältige Umgebung erkunden möchte. Ein tollen Bäcker mit großer Auswahl ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch sonntags geöffnet. Der Garten (mit Sandkasten, Trampolin, Sonnenliegen) ist riesig und im Sommer sicherlich das Hihglight. Einzig eine größere Sitzgruppe/-ecke im Wohn-/Essbereich, in der auch acht Erwachsene gemütlich Platz finden, haben wir vermisst. Das tut unserer Begeisterung aber keinen Abbruch und wir werden das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir, eine Gruppe von acht Leuten, haben uns in dem wunderschönen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine frühere Anreise und spätere Abreise war kein Problem. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und sehr weitläufig, so dass man ungestört auch als größere Gruppe mal feiern kann. Wir werden das Ferienhaus Lindenhof weiter empfehlen und gerne mal wieder kommen.
