Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that
accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to
cover costs (excl. cleaning):
Termination
- up to 56 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 43 days before rental period: 50 % of rental price
- up to 29 days before rental period: 70 % of rental price
- up to 0 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price
- otherwise (less than 28 days before rental period) 100 % of rental price.
- Not showing up or by interrupting the holiday…100% of total holiday amount.
(2) The tenant can prove a lesser damage at any point.
(3) If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price.
(4) Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the
advertiser.

Es war ein einmalig schöner Aufenthalt in dem ausgewählten Haus Elly in Puharici/Makarska. Das Haus entsprach in allen Belangen den Informationen im Internet. Hervorragend ausgestattet, einmalige tolle und ruhige Lage. Alles, das Haus, der Pool und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt und niveauvoll. Das sehr gepflegte Grundstück, am Fuße des BIOKOVO Gebirges gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer, ist zur Erholung wunderbar geeignet, die Ruhe und Faszination der Umgebung beeindruckend.
Das Eigentümer Ehepaar Danijela und Dragan waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und wir planen einen weiteren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Domizil in Makarska-Puharici - vielen Dank. Auch die Betreuung durch PROMINENS verdient Anerkennung und ist absolut vertrauenswürdig und verlässlich.

Wir waren im Juni diesen Jahres in diesem kleinen Schmuckstück. Das Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe und man tritt durch die Olivenbäume in eine andere Welt. Abseits vom Gewusel der Stadt Makarska. Von den Vermietern wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und bei einem gemeinsamen Bier wurde uns kurz alles Wichtige erklärt. Es mangelnde an nix. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Durch die Klimaanlage ist es auch bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Matratzen waren perfekt. Der gesamte Garten war liebevoll gestaltet. Auch unser Hund hat sich nach einem kurzem Disput mit der Nachbarskatze wohlgefühlt.
Zu Fuss ist man in 25 Minuten am Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants.
Wir danken für tolle 12 Nächte.
