The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit of 30% of the total price is settled.

The deposit is always retained and not refunded in case of cancellation, unless it is due to force majeure.
No additional amount will be charged up to 60 days before the start of the trip.
From 60-30 days, 50% will be charged (settled with the deposit).
From 30 days before, the full amount will be collected.
Please contact us in time for a proper agreement.
The cost of the final cleaning is included in the price. For short stays of less than 5 days, we charge a final cleaning fee.
If the trip is not commenced, or if arrival is delayed, the full booked amount will be collected.
Payment: Please pay the remaining balance in cash on site.
No card facilities available.
Likewise, the amount of the tourist tax is only settled on site and NEVER transferred via the bank. We, the hosts, pass the tourist tax amount directly to the municipality.

Anyone ascending from Partschins to the Niederhaushof will be in constant awe: dreamy mountains when you look up, city flair when you look down.
Start hiking right outside your doorstep
Of course, you can also shoulder your backpack right outside the house and set off – or hop onto the saddle of your mountain bike or e-bike. Various hiking trails pass by our farm or are easily accessible from here, such as the Partschinser high altitude trail. You can also walk up to Vellau, the Partschins waterfall, or even higher to Nasereit or the Tablander Alm – depending on your fitness level and what you feel like doing!
Holiday destination
The Niederhaushof sits there, high above Partschins, in the very best panoramic location. And because peace, nature experiences, and enjoyment take time, it's best to stay here for a few days. At least until the fresh air and the silence of the mountains can have their full effect.
Getting there
Coming from Germany via the Munich to Innsbruck motorway, Brenner Pass - Bolzano - Merano. Continue towards Vinschgau (Reschen Pass) until Töll 5 km, turn right and drive 1 km to Partschins. From the village, always keep to the right, stay on Vertigenstrasse for 1.5 km. Pass house No. 28 and continue for about 900m through the forest on an asphalt road to reach our farm No. 27. You can easily find us on Google Maps.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Mehrere Wanderungen konnten wir direkt ab der Ferienwohnung beginnen.
Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung über teils enge, steile Straße mit wenig Gegenverkehr.
Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Die Südtirol Mobilcard ist super für den ÖPNV und für Museen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr sehr gut gefallen. Die Hallers waren die "perfekten" Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr herzlich und freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere kleine Wohnung war sehrrr sauber, hübsch, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - tolles Badezimmer (!!!)
Ein Wahnsinns-Blick von unserem Balkon herunter.
Vielen Dank für diese Tage. Wir haben sie bereits weiter empfohlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder..
