Das Ferienhaus ist in einem gutem Zustand. Hier und da müsste man renovieren / in Stand setzen. Bei unserer Anreise lies die Sauberkeit der Außenmöbel / Terasse zu wünschen übrig. Das Inventar lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig (Kleiderschrank bereits halbvoll mit Utensilien des Vermieters; Bett im Schlafzimmer sollte dringend erneuert werden; dieses wurde bereits mehrfach "geflickt"!; im Bad fehlt der Kosmetikmülleimer sowie Möglichkeiten um Handtücher aufzuhängen sowie der Fenstersichtschutz). Der Verwalter der Waldhütte ist der direkte Nachbar und Ansprechpartner. Leider mussten wir die Erfahrung machen, dass dieser nicht immer nett ist wenn Probleme auftreten. Die Vermieterin selbst wohnt in Berlin und ist stets hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert, aber leider nur telefonisch erreichbar.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe und das weitläufige eingezäunte Grundstück. Es ist sehr angenehm wenn man mit Hund anreist. Die Waldhütte ist uhrig und man findet alles was man im Alltag so braucht. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auch gerne wieder. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön ,was aber nicht so toll war, dass man in Ferch keinen direkten Zugang zum Wasser hat . Gerade mit Hund wäre es schön gewesen. Kulinarisch muss ich die Gastätte zum Schwälbchen besonders loben. Sehr großzügige und sehr leckere Portionen auch Preis - Leistung stimmt in diesem Lokal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Neuseddin und wir haben sehr gern den Werderpark in Werder besucht. Dort gibt es mehrere Geschäfte und ein Kaufland, auch ein Baumarkt ist dort vorhanden.
