Schön eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr funktional. Ein Hinweis, dass man seine Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Flecken auf den Sesseln wurden gut mit einer Decke kaschiert (und wir dachten schon, die Decken wären im Winter zum zudecken). Meine Teenietochter kam auf die Idee das Bett zu verrücken. Die Schimmelflecken und toten Kellerasseln fand die Prinzessin dann nicht so toll. Der angesabberte Tennisball unter den Eßzimmertisch war jetzt auch nicht appetitfördernd! W-Lan war sehr langsam, wenn es mal ging. Die Mail, mit der die Vermieter über den defekten TV informiert wurden, kam leider nicht an - war langsames WLAN. Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte auch nicht aber brachte Spannung am Eingang. Dann gab es noch die Pfanne, die beim braten kaputt ging = Brandblase!

Vielen Dank dass Sie die Mühe genommen haben eine Bewertung zu publizieren.
Wir bedauern es selbstverständlich sehr, dass Sie die genannte Sachen erlebt haben. Wir sind erschrocken dass Sie unsere Service als 1 bezeichnet haben. Ich glaube bei Anreise haben wir sogar noch einiges für Sie ausgesucht. Wir haben von o.g. sachen erst bei Abreise, als Sie den Schlüssel zurückgebracht haben, erfahren. Im bungalow ist eine Mappe indem wir Information für die Gäste haben. Hierin steht auch eine Telefonnummer, die auch ausserhalb Bürostunden erreichbar ist. Diese Telefonnummer steht auch auf der Bestätigung und hangt im Fenster im Büro. Wir waren ausserhalb Sonntag und Neujahr im Büro. Wenn wir von Probleme mit z.B. Wlan oder Fernseher hören, schicken wir sofort unseren "handyman". Es tut uns sehr Leid, das wir es nicht eher wussten, dann hatten wir die Chance diese Probleme zu lösen. Die Schmimmelpflecken, sowie aussenbeleuchtung und Bratpfanne haben wir selbstverständlich gemeldet. Das soll natürlich in Ordnung sein. Die Eigentümer werden sich darum kümmern.
