On Foehr island you will find many attractions, despite the wonderful beach. Musical events, fireworks, roundtrips per ship, jogging or kitesurfing on the beach, horseriding, golf, interesting childcaring-offers, a nice little cinema, good restaurants of all types.
In 10 minutes you will reach the lovely, clean and sandy beach - 6 kilometers long! There is a separate dog-area for your pet.
Next to the house: Grocery shops with excellent food like fish, slaughtery or vegetables and fruit, typical german bakeries and also interesting restaurants of all types. Of course, you can have island-made ice-cream and German cake, too. Bike-tours, golf, mini-golf, horse-riding, surfing and sailing.
Also many high-level concerts in the historical church of Nieblum.
Sie erreichen Föhr mit der Autofähre Dagebüll - Wyk, Dauer ca. 45 Minuten. Soll das Auto auf dem Festland bleiben, gibts in Dagebüll einen kostenpflichtigen Park-and Ride-Parkplatz mit Gratis-Shuttle-Bus zur Fähre. Nach Dagebüll kommen Sie auch bequem per Zug und können dann die Fähre mit der Fahrkarte gleich mit buchen. In Wyk/Fährhafengebäude ist ebenfalls ein Bahnschalter. Von der Hafenstadt Wyk sind es 10 Minuten mit Auto/Taxi/Bus nach Nieblum.
