The holiday apartment in the house "Jovac" is a new construction and it was built using hand-picked biomaterials, e.g. lime, special interior plaster and timber from the forest. The furniture was built by a carpenter from our village with timber from our forest. The wood have been cut and dried at the right time.
The bathroom disposes of a floor heating and the windows of the holiday apartment are equipped with electric blinds.
The holiday apartment and the water is heated by an efficient wood heating.
The house is named by our beautiful alpine pasture which is located in the middle of the nature park Puez-Geisler and the UNESCO world heritage site.

Holiday destination
The village Campill, far away from the hustle and bustle on the slopes, is the ideal place to spend comfortable and relaxing holidays. The village is nearly 6 minutes away from the Dolomiti Superski area.
Ski-hikers, snowshoe hikers and sled fans can all find something to suit them in the nearby nature park.
In 6 minutes by car you can reach the Dolomiti Superski area with more than 1200 runway kilometres, 450 lifts and numerous snowboard parks.
You can reach the holiday apartment even when there is snowfall.
Getting there
You should take the Brenner motorway A22 until the exit Brixen,
then you go to the direction of Val Pusteria / Pustertal or Bruneck (SS49).
After 23 km you need to turn right to Gadertal, in the direction of Corvara.
You take the SP29 and drive nearly 14 km in the south, half way in Zwischenwasser you need to stay on the right side.
After you passed the village Pikolein, you need to turn right in the direction of St. Martin.
Follow the main street through St. Martin, 400m after you left the village you need to turn left to Campill/Longiaru. After 6 km you will reach Campill. Before you reach the church you need to keep to right and then you stay on the left side after you have passed the church. After 200m you will see the holiday house "Jovac" on the right side before the bridge.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat viele Schränke zum Verstauen, die Küche ist für Selbstversorger absolut ausreichend mit Kühlschrank, E-Herd und Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr einladend. Die Straße , die an der Wohnung vorbei führt , ist nicht stark befahren. In der Nähe findet man eine kleine Pizzeria und und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich auch um den Brötchenservice gekümmert. Wir haben dort Urlaub mit Hund gemacht, der sich dort auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine sehr gute saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Man erkennt sofort dass sie mit Herzblut und liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Mischi und seine Frau sind herzliche gute und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Seine Tips sind sehr gut. Nochmals ein großes dankeschön für diese wundervollen 14 Tage. Auch der Brötchen Service hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und können diese Wohnung mit bestem gewissen weiter empfehlen. Nochmals einen herzlichen Gruß aus Ostfriesland... Diese 1150km Anreise hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

Wir waren das erste mal in den Dolomiten. Dolorico und seine Famile sind tolle Gastgeber. Er hat uns unbezahlbare Tipps und Anregungen für unsere Wanderungen gegeben. Wir waren sehr viel unterwegs zu ganz tollen Wanderungen. Der Empfang mit Wein, Brot, Speck und Käse war der Kracher. Der Brötchenservice war auch super. Es ist eine sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder mal zu Dolorico fahren.

Die Urlaubswoche in Campill war mal wieder eine sehr schöne Auszeit vom Alltag. Dolorico ist als Gastgeber ein wahres Geschenk. Seine Tips sind unbezahlbar und eine Garantie um außergewöhnliche Erlebnisse und Eindrücke, in der traumhaft schönen Natur, zu sammeln. Sein Brötchenservice ist großartig und seine Gastfreundschaft außergewöhnlich. Campill ist im Winter ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für zum Skifahren. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Winterurlaub bei Dolorico und seiner Familie.

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal bei Dolorico und seiner Familie in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung zu Gast und es war wieder ganz besonders. Die tolle Gegend, das herrliche Wetter, die schöne Wohnung und nicht zuletzt die Herzlichkeit von Dolorico und seiner Familie schon bei der Ankunft waren einfach klasse. Da muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Wir wurden auch dieses Mal wieder mit tollen Tipps versorgt und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die beste und sauberste Ferienwohnung in der wir jemals zu Gast waren. Liebevoller Empfang mit Wein, Brot, Käse und Schinken. Täglicher Brötchenservice und super nette Vermieter. Ein großer Dank noch einmal an Dolorico für alles.
Auch die Gegend ist ein Traum. Wir haben sehr schöne Wanderungen unternommen. Wer auf Massentourismus verzichten möchte, und noch eine ursprüngliche Natur sucht ist hier richtig.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder einmal.

Wir haben zwei erlebnisreiche Wochen in den faszinierenden Dolomiten verbracht. Dabei waren uns die Tipps von Dolorico eine gute Hilfe bei der Tourenplanung für Wanderungen. Nach oftmals anstrengenden Ausflügen haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal Urlaub in den Dolomiten planen, kommen wir gern wieder.
