If the lessee cancels the contract before the begin of the rental period without presenting a substitute lessee who agrees to enter into the contract under the same conditions, the lessor charges the following fees as a compensation:
- up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 25% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% Of the rental fee
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- 13-0 days before the rental period begins: 100% of the rental fee.

Getting there
Travelling by car
A7 - take the exit Egestorf towards Egestorf; in Schätzendorf, turn left towards Undeloh;
A1 - take the exit Heidenau towards Tostedt and from there on to Handeloh, then Undeloh.
The nearest airport is in Hamburg; there, you can take the train or a taxi.
If you're travelling here by rail, alight at Buchholz/Nordheide station or Handeloh station.
The Heath Shuttle runs throughout the region during the summer months - it's a free bus with a bicycle trailer!

Unser Akku ist wieder voll und der der Räder leer. Toll zum Rad fahren und wandern, sogar bis Lüneburg . Im Ort bekommt man alles für den Genuss. Vermieter net, freundlich, hilfsbereit
