    Holiday destination
    The environment is first of all one thing: Nature as far as the eye can see! Especially in winter the Alpine hut is wonderful solitary and snow-covered. In summer our Scottish Highlander graze around the house, crickets shirp and the night sky is incredible! The lake "Felixer Weiher" is 10 Minutes away, perfect for a cold dip in the summer and in during winter too!

    In dieser Berghütte kann man auf romantische Weise erleben, wie unsere Groß-/Urgroßeltern früher lebten. Es gibt ansich nichts, dass man vermissen muss, noch nicht einmal den Strom. Im Sommer konnten wir Mengen an Pilzen direkt um die Hütte herum sammeln und auf Omas Ofen kochen. Als direkte Nachbarn leben Hochlandrinder vor der Tür, die es den Kindern sehr angetan hatten. Wir konnten uns unheimlich gut erholen und haben sehr viel Zeit mit unseren Kindern beim Spielen im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin verbracht. Wir wären am liebsten noch eine ganze Weile länger geblieben, als nur zwei Wochen. Danke nochmals an die lieben Vermieter, die uns diese schöne Zeit ermöglichten.

    we and our kids (age 4, 7, 12) had a very nice stay in this place. we did a lot of walking in the near mountains and the kids liked swimming in the Felixer Weiher. the cities Merano and Bolzano are 45 Minutes away, we visited them but preferred in the end to stay at home and play games (old scool!) with candelight because it's once in a lifetime that we will make such a holiday without electricity etc. family weiss was also really nice and took care of everytihng when we needed tips
