Cancellation policy
The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
• In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient. In this case, a €60.00 commission for changing the booking may be charged.

Holiday destination
In the beautiful mountain landscape, various destinations for excursions await you, such as the mountain villages Novara di Sicilia and Montalbano Elicona. Especially recommended is a day trip to the Stonehenge of Sicily, the megaliths of Argimusco or to the volcano Etna, which is about 60 km away. For culture enthusiasts we suggest the Santuario di Tindari and the theater of Tindari and nature lovers will enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and nature reserve Laghetti di Marinello.

Sehr schönes und großes Haus in wunderschöner Lage, ruhig und abgelegen aber gut zu erreichen. Ein großer Pool mit Gartenhaus und Toilette sorgen für perfekte Erholung. Ansonsten Natur pur rund ums Haus. Gute Pizzeria und Café sowie eine gute Metzgerei mit einigen Lebensmitteln ist in Campo Grande 1,5 km vom Haus entfernt zu erreichen. Kann das Haus sehr empfehlen!
