Cancellation policy
The total amount is to be paid at the confirmation of the reservation. For Eu citizens. You can also pay in EUR. Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded in principle. If in case of cancellation the rental property can be rented again, then 80% of the total amount will be refunded after the reservation dates. Regarding official restrictions during a pandemic, if the Swiss authorities close our facility, the rental costs will be refunded in full. All other restrictions that prevent a stay (e.g. travel restrictions) must be borne by the tenant or insured. Notes/Force majeure Our Tenuta Casa Cima is located in a foothill region. It can therefore very rarely occur that due to weather influences the supply of water or electricity, as well as the operation of the cable car. cable car is interrupted. Casa Graa Gudo is situated on a south-facing slope above the Magadino plain with a view of Lake Maggiore from the swimming pool. The 80,000 m2 property, surrounded by vineyards, gardens, pergolas and woods, can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from our parking spaces at the cable car valley station or from our parking spaces to the west of the vineyard. Getting there
Located between Bellinzona and Locarno. You can reach us via the A2 Basel-Chiasso-Milano. Take the Bellinzona Süd exit, drive in the direction of Locarno as far as Cadenazzo.

Dieses reizvolle Ferienhaus liegt in einer traumhaften Naturlandschaft und ist doch so zentral, dass man im Tessin alles besuchen kann. Das Haus, der Garten, der Swimmingpool und der eigene Bach mit Wasserfall bieten soviel Platz an, dass sich hier vier Gäste problemlos grosszügig verweilen können. Das gesamte Anwesen bietet eine Privatsphäre wie nirgendwo. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Von den Gastgebern wird man wie Freunde aufgenommen. Nebenan wird noch ein zweites Ferienhaus durch einen anderen Vermieter angeboten, womit man auch als grössere Gruppe beisammen sein kann, was wir gerne so nutzten. Wir werden mit Scherheit wieder kommen.

Tolle, gepflegte Unterkunft und eine nette Atmosphäre. Ein Event: Fahren mit der privaten Seilbahn und einen Gebirgsbach mit Wasserfall neben dem Haus. Der Ort ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge!
